Not So Perfect Love Story
The unthinkable happened on a day that seemed like any other, and my life changed forever. It was June 26th, 2011, and it all started with a Facebook friend request. The girl of my dreams had just accepted me. I was at work when it happened, but when I got off/home, I noticed that she also sent a message. So, I responded.

Just as I thought, everything was back to normal, and it was all over; she came back! I’m sure you remember how the story went the first time. It was nothing but a failed attempt at “perfect” love. You may say, “there’s no such thing,” but you couldn’t tell me that. I learned my lesson, though, or did I?

Okay, so maybe I exaggerated a little bit about the extent of my injuries from the crash. Honestly, I only had a cut or two, some glass in my hand, and a possible concussion, but emergency responders urged me to go for preventive measures because my car flipped. I thought it was minor, but you never know about these things. Of course, once people got word of what happened, people began blowing up my phone and showing up at the hospital.

At this point in the game, you’re probably like, “Jesus, take the wheel…. I’m getting tired of this fool and this Marriana mess.” It’s understandable, but at the same time, you have to understand our dynamic. It doesn’t matter what’s happening between us; I’ll always be there for her, no matter the circumstance. I will say that this is my last time, though. I’ve realized she is nothing but trouble and unsuitable for my life or health.
